The list provided below are some of the Amdocs tools that are used to update addresses, marital status, order equipment forms and sign up for training classes to name a few. You will become familiar with these systems/tools once you are able to access our network, but we wanted to give you a glimpse of some of the terms ahead of time.

  • Benefits Self Service - Online view and enrollment of the Amdocs Benefit Plans.
  • HR Questions - Support and service center for Human Resources in North America can be reached by calling our HR Help Line at 866-426-8003. This toll-free number will connect you to the person best suited to answer your employment questions. Please keep it somewhere for easy reference.
  • Employee Self Service - Online view and independent update of personal details.
  • Amdocs Address Book - Telephone book for company employees, including telephone extensions, email addresses, employee numbers, etc.
  • Online Forms- Online ordering of technological tools that will aid you in your work, such as computer, telephone, etc.
  • Amdocs Forms - (Other issues) - Forms on various subjects for the employee’s use.
  • Help Desk - Center that gives service and support for company users, such as: PC care, Internet access, network communications and more.
  • Amdocs Software Center(ASC) - Center Site for downloading and installing computer software.
  • Amdocs Procedures - Company policy regarding subjects such as vehicles, working hours, business trips, and more.
  • Work Hours reporting system - A system for reporting hours through which it is possible to update working hours and contact the person responsible for company timesheets, as well.
  • Learning Services (Training) - Catalog of study courses and registration for company courses.
