Paperwork
There will be a number of standard forms that you will be required to fill out upon hire. A list of these forms can be found on the Required New Hire Forms page. You may have already filled out some of these forms and returned them with your offer letter. If you have not already signed these forms, please print, sign and bring these forms with you on your first day of employment.
All forms listed on the Required New Hire Forms page should be brought into the office on your first day. The only form that you should not sign, but bring with you to sign in the presence of a witness is the I-9.
** I-9 (required - This is a government form that needs to be signed in person.) You must present original documents within 72 hours of your start date: one document from List A (on the back of the I-9 form), OR 1 document from list B, AND one from List C to provide evidence of your eligibility for employment in the U.S.
