Meeting with your Manager
Continue to pursue your manager to discuss your objectives and expectations. Each year we have a review of your objectives and it is important that you fully understand what is expected of you prior to this review. You should participate in these objectives and will be evaluating yourself against these objectives during the review period.
Training
Each employee is encouraged to continue their education either throughinternal trainingor externally when available. Amdocs offers many different instructor led training as well as online training in a variety of topics. Below, we have listed a few of the core training classes that we have identified that are especially useful to new employees and new managers within Amdocs.
