GoldenGate Software's solutions have been certified and work with Amdocs Billing and OMS/CRM applications providing the following capabilities:

GoldenGate Live Reporting: off-loads reporting activity from the Amdocs production database to a secondary system, where the most current data is always available to support real-time reporting needs. GoldenGate's solution is non-intrusive and has very little impact on the source system and also ensures data completeness and integrity.

GoldenGate Live Standby: is a high availability implementation that significantly improves recovery time for Amdocs' business-critical systems. GoldenGate moves the database transactions bi-directionally across the primary and secondary (back-up) system, providing seamless failover in the event of any outage.

GoldenGate Active-Active: allows for the highest level of availability and performance for Amdocs' applications, by processing, distributing, and synchronizing transactional data across multiple databases -- while delivering excellent features for data conflict detection and resolution. 

Amdocs and GoldenGate have a number of mutual customers today including Comcast, DirecTV, Cingular (now AT&T) among others.
