Amdocs Ranks Number One in Global Billing Market, Leading Analyst Firm Reports 
Amdocs only vendor ranked as market leader in all regions and service segments by Analysys Mason

LOUIS - February 2, 2011 : Amdocs (NYSE: DOX), the leading provider of customer experience systems, today announced that it has been ranked number one in the global billing market with 27 percent market share, according to the “Billing Market Share Report 2009” published by leading analyst firm Analysys Mason.

In Analysys Mason’s vendor analysis summary of more than 60 firms, Amdocs is the only company to be ranked as a market leader in all regions and service segment categories. The report also notes that Amdocs is the number one company in product-related services revenue. Amdocs’ product portfolio covers all aspects of billing, customer care and real-time charging.

For the purposes of its report, Analysys Mason defined billing as comprising rating and pricing, mediation, partner and interconnect and business optimization.
