(NYSE: DOX), the world’s leading provider of billing and CRM, announced today that COSMOTE, subsidiary of the Greek Telecommunications Organization (OTE) and the dominant mobile provider in Greece, has successfully deployed the Amdocs Partner Relationship Management (PRM) product and the Amdocs Collections module. Amdocs PRM provides COSMOTE with the system capabilities to manage the entire lifecycle of partnerships, including billing and revenue settlements. The Amdocs Collections module fully automates COSMOTE’s collection processes.
The Amdocs PRM product provides COSMOTE with one system to fully support all business agreements, including inter-carrier, roaming and content partnerships. Amdocs PRM supports COSMOTE in generating additional revenue streams through innovative partner business models, service bundling and the introduction of new products. The Amdocs Collections module provides COSMOTE with improved collections handling via a single view of all information required to ensure efficient and timely revenue collection. By automatically enforcing pre-defined collection steps on delinquent accounts, the Amdocs Collections module enables COSMOTE to significantly reduce operational costs and outstanding receivables.
