BRUSSELS, BELGIUM; HOD-HASHARON, ISRAEL - September 25, 2006 - Effortel Technologies S.A. and SigValue Technologies ltd. today announced the choice of SigValue’s Value platform as Effortel’s MVNE platform over other leading worldwide vendors’ solutions. Effortel operates MVNE services for a leading European retailer in Belgium.
Effortel’s declared strategy is to expand its business footprint in several EU countries rapidly, by offering professional services and hosting services (including prepaid, post paid, VAS and CRM), and become Europe’s most efficient MVNE. SigValue’s solution allows Effortel to achieve its operational objectives through rapid launch of the Value platform, a fully integrated solution which consists of an “end-toend” suite of real-time billing for prepaid and postpaid Voice/SMS/Data services, and a variety of value added services including Callback service, Incoming Call Screening and Missed Call Notification. Additional robust on-demand proprietary Value AddedServices will be introduced as planned in the cooperation roadmap.
