Leading Spanish Operator to Deploy Cramer for Triple Play Offering
OSS software leader Cramer today announced that Spanish operator ONO is deploying Cramer’s OSS platform across its entire network. Cramer’s solution will enable the operator to create an automated network planning system to deliver its triple play broadband offering of voice, video and Internet services.
ONO has selected Cramer to streamline business processes associated with managing its complex network needs for its triple play offering. Cramer’s OSS will enable ONO to collect information about the configuration of its network to determine the network resources available. As a result, ONO can increase usage levels of network assets and react quickly to faults within the network. In addition, Cramer’s solution will provide an two-way interface between the Business Support Systems (BSS) and the OSS. Cramer will integrate with the company’s CRM solution to accelerate the creation and fulfilment of services by closely coordinating BSS and OSS functions.
