TELMEX Mexican Directory Publisher – ADSA – Expands Relationship with Amdocs
Amdocs helps leading Spanish-language directory provider offer its services to new markets in Latin America and the United States
ST. LOUIS, November 27, 2007: Amdocs (NYSE: DOX), the leading provider of customer experience systems , announced today that Anuncios en Directorios S.A. de C.V. (ADSA), the directory publishing subsidiary of Teléfonos de México S.A. de C.V. (TELMEX), has expanded its relationship with Amdocs. ADSA has licensed and deployed Amdocs print and online directory services software in order to enter new Latin American markets and the United States. Amdocs also provides ADSA with an end-to-end solution that enables ADSA to create a superior customer experience for its yellow page and white page print and online directory customers and deliver higher value to its advertisers in Mexico.

“For the past fifteen years, Amdocs has provided us with a customer-centric system of products that address all aspects of the directory publishing process,” said Benjamin Podoswa Schwaycer, chief executive officer at ADSA. “Because of the success that we have had with Amdocs in Mexico, we are confident that Amdocs solutions are the best tools to help us offer our service in new markets.”

ADSA is using Amdocs A-CRM solution that covers publishing business processes from sales campaign planning through to customer care. The solution is scalable to provide full support for traditional print and new media advertising products and services. Additionally, Amdocs solutions now support ADSA’s print directory business across multiple lines of business, from its print directories, to providing advanced local search capabilities for its Internet directory. As a result, ADSA can achieve true integrated customer management across all markets, including Mexico, and now Argentina, Peru and the U.S. ADSA can also increase revenue and reduce operational costs often associated with replacing legacy systems.

The main component of Amdocs A-CRM is the customer database which houses all customer-related data. Operational applications such as Sales Campaigns, Customer Management, Sales Management, Production Management, Publishing and Pagination utilize the database to achieve maximum data, process integrity and operational efficiency. Amdocs A-CRM delivers the flexibility to operate on multiple databases, capturing and managing all customer information in a centralized, integrated environment. Changes to customer data are disseminated throughout the organization, enabling real-time responses to advertiser requests.

“As providers expand into new markets, it’s critical that they have a partner that can help to meet their changing business needs,” said Charles Born, vice president of communications for Amdocs. “Amdocs continues to innovate with the introduction of new technologies to serve this evolving market. ADSA is a perfect example of how companies can rely on Amdocs’ flexible and scalable software, services and global industry expertise to deliver an innovative, integrated and intentional customer experience.”
