As a result, VELTON.TELECOM can deliver Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) and Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) services and its current wireless voice and fixed line services on a single billing, customer care and service delivery platform. Additionally, VELTON TELECOM can offer its customers flexible prepaid and postpaid plans across their networks.
The Amdocs Compact Convergence suite is an integrated, network-connected product suite that includes customer support and self-care functionality, convergent real-time charging and powerful service enablement capabilities allowing VELTON.TELECOM to deliver services and accept multiple payment methods across a variety of networks.
