TIM Brasil

Amdocs manages TIM Brasil's operational support systems (OSS) across all lines of business, providing application development and maintenance, while also assuming responsibility for legacy systems and all third-party OSS vendor contracts. On the business support systems (BSS) side, Amdocs manages products deployed across TIM's businesses, including the end-to-end "order-to-cash" solution suite at TIM Brasil's fiber optic residential broadband service.

Transformation and continuous improvement and upgrade of business support systems (BSS) and the enterprise data warehouse (DWH). Business processes across prepaid and postpaid wireless, wireline and broadband operations; and convergent charging and billing, customer management, ordering and an enterprise-wide product catalog.
