Sales Support
In addition to generally evangelizing the jNetX approach directly with operators, every jNetX partner has a jNetX account team to provide sales support in the form of tender responses, sales training, sales presentations, customer interaction, reference visit facilitation, and trial work.
Joint Marketing
This year, jNetX will be present at more than a dozen marketing events and speak on key service delivery topics. jNetX will also engage in marketing programs with partners for joint trade show activities, roadshows and users forum participation.
Delivery Services
A group of highly skilled product consultants assist jNetX partners in requirements gathering, application prototyping and integration services. Additionally, jNetX has a partner network of regional, trained boutique network integrators to assist in delivery.
Training
In order to help jNetX channel partners to deploy jNetX platform and applications, jNetX provides efficient training services with clear objectives to facilitate jNetX platform administration (OAM) and to facilitate applications development or migration on the jNetX platform.
Technical Assistance
jNetX relies on its partners for 1st-line support while providing partners with either 2nd or 3rd line software assistance on a 24/7/365 basis in English. Moreover, jNetX provides partners with a number of 3rd party, regional technical assistance centers that provide 24/7/365 support for the bundle of jNetX software, servers and SS7 components.
