BRINGING INNOVATIVE SOLUTIONS STRAIGHT TO OUR CUSTOMERS’ DOORSTEPS
 Amdocs Engage! is a global business development program for developing and promoting innovative joint business opportunities for start-ups, Amdocs and service providers, and helps us to offer our customers compelling, new ways to monetize their markets.
We proactively scout the market for innovative start-up solutions and technologies that can provide relevant, tangible value for our customers, and we then identify the additional value that these solutions will bring when combined with Amdocs’ industry expertise, processes, and delivery experience. We’re continuously working with customers to map their current and future needs as well as their strategic direction, and then building relevant value propositions with partners to address them. The Amdocs account and Engage! teams then work closely with our partners to successfully pursue the opportunity from start to finish—including identifying the potential, building and presenting business justification and models, performing a proof of concept, and deployment.
What does the program offer?
- For service providers - Exposure to new technologies which are relevant to their needs and help them to quickly introduce new services.
- For start-ups - Access to leading service providers, with Amdocs’ assistance and guidance throughout.
- For Amdocs – Helps us to stay ahead of the technology curve and further extend the capabilities of our offering to support customers’ specific needs and challenges
What’s the selection process?
We evaluate companies that we believe can extend our core offering and help our customers’ business through valuable new technologies and products for mobile, broadband, cable, and converged lines of business. Key selection criteria are:
- Completion of a successful proof-of-concept project, or an already-signed deal with a service provider in the communication, entertainment and media industry.
- Secured financial backing for at least the next 18 months.
- An offering that complements or adds to Amdocs’ offering.
- The ability to be open to new business models and joint value propositions.
