The Amdocs ONE Partner Program develops and fosters relationships between Amdocs and systems integrators or consulting organizations and software and technology companies. The Program focuses on leveraging the companies’ individual and combined expertise to collaborate and deliver solutions that tackle service providers’ issues and challenges relating to the customer experience as well as growth and profitability in a more connected world. Develop strategy, roadmap and vision – Service providers benefit from the innovation of a common roadmap and vision that aligns with their strategy to improve the customer experience and become more efficient. By collaborating with industry-leading software and hardware partners, Amdocs helps providers improve the support of business requirements through product planning and requirements management.
Reduce operational expenses – Active partnering offers service providers access to more interoperable solutions to ensure efficient processes, product functionality, maintenance costs and reduced implementation risk.
Accelerate time-to-market – Ensure interoperability between Amdocs’ software portfolio, business processes, third party software applications and hardware through testing and support, leading to accelerated development, delivery cycles and integration times. This helps service providers become more agile to introduce new revenue-generating services across the value chain.
The Amdocs ONE Partner Program is structured to identify the level and type of relationship that exists. It defines three levels of relationship: Platinum, Gold and Silver (see below table), and defines four partner types which highlight the scope of the relationship: Technology, Systems Integrators and Consulting, Network Equipment Manufacturers, and Independent Software Vendors.
