As a consulting professional with over 20 years of experience, Elaine has held multiple positions in which she has been responsible for ensuring the development and delivery of differentiated management consulting offerings based on emerging customer experience trends and industry needs. She has also held various leadership roles focused on customer experience and multi-channel optimization, and is an expert in process improvement and optimization initiatives across retail, contact center and self-service channels.
Elaine holds a B.Sc. in management information systems from the University of Pittsburgh.

Tim is responsible for developing a practicable and tangible strategy for the business, customer, partner and technology engagement models that define success for the digital business. He possesses over 15 years of leadership experience in the technology and consulting Industries with specializations in digital innovation, design, and architecture.
His expertize is focused on delivering business agility, faster time to market, lower total cost of ownership, and customer experiences through realizing customer-driven business objectives.
Tim’s experience spans global regions, industries and business units, with a focus on telecommunications.
Tim holds a BSc. in computer science and a B.Eng. (Hons) in computer systems engineering from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology. He is also a TOGAF 9 certified architect.

With extensive experience in complex business transformations, organizational change management, human capital, process optimization and business case management, Sapna has led projects across the communications and financial services industries, enabling end-user adoption in large-scale business transformations in North America, Europe, South America and Asia.
Sapna serves as Vice President of the Toronto Chapter of the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP), mentors future CPAs in Canada, and is very active in promoting Canadian Change Management Consultant accreditation.
Sapna holds a B.Comm. in Finance from the University of Windsor, as well as CMC (Certified Management Consultant), CPA (Chartered Professional Accountant), CMA (Certified Management Accountant), Change Management Leadership and Lean Six Sigma accreditation.
