WHY IT PAYS TO BE ENTERPRISING
|
Enterprise customers often account for a third or more of service providers’ total income. In order to grow this revenue, service providers need to become more competitive and agile, and constantly offer enterprise customers valuable new services and products to meet their changing needs.
But as competition grows and communication expenses increase, enterprise customers expect more from their service providers – efficient business processes, minimum errors and the highest level of service and support.
Amdocs is introducing two new solutions:
- Amdocs Enterprise Service Fulfillment formalizes and automates complex network services of the enterprise line of business with comprehensive and efficient service fulfillment. This solution reduces time-to-market and improves time-tocash by integrating order, fulfillment, and charging and billing systems to reduce delivery lead time and billing of complex enterprise customer orders
- Amdocs Enterprise Customer Management optimizes ordering, support and billing processes by empowering enterprise customers to self-manage and self-monitor their accounts. This solution reduces average handling time and increases first-call resolution, with an integrated CSR interface for assisted support calls. It also reduces penalties and improves customer satisfaction with proactive service disruption notifications and real-time SLA jeopardy identification
Enterprise customers will find the Amdocs Portfolio unique because of its:
- Complete and integrated lifecycle support for enterprise customers
- Catalog-driven fulfillment approach, which allows reuses of defined activities, decomposition rules, attributes, and activities shortening the time to market of new services. This approach requires less code, and less time spent on testing saves time and money
- Prevention of order fallout and stranded processes. Operators will be able to add steps and sub-processes to a running fulfillment process and recover from fallouts faster by standardizing fallout processes
- Ability to create innovative price plans, converging corporate and personal price plans, payment methods, policies, etc. (using convergent charging)
- Improved SLA tracking, as well as strong eBilling capabilities
