- Netcracker sees a decrease in all segments, with total market share at 7% (9% reported for 2020).
- Huawei & Ericsson at 6%, Accenture & Nokia at 4% make up the remaining vendors, all holding the same percentages at 2020 with the exception of Ericsson who reported 5% in 2020.
- We see a stable representation from the vendors within “Other” at 59% market share (58% 2020), include Atos, Capgemini, CGI Group, CSG, HCL Technologies, IBM, Infosys Technologies, Oracle, Tata Consultancy Services &Tech Mahindra.
#1 Leader in product revenues, with 24% market share (24% 2020, 22% 2019).
- Netcracker (8%) lose second position to Huawei (9%), NC decrease in the product segment from 11% in 2020, Huawei maintain the 9% in 2020.
- Ericsson (7%), CSG (6%) & Oracle (6%) maintain the shares reported for 2020.
#1 Leader in professional services, with 9% market share (9% 2020, 7% 2019).
- Netcracker (6%) lose second position to Accenture (7%), NC decrease in the professional services segment from 7% in 2020, Accenture increase by 1% from 6% in 2020.
- Ericsson, Atos, IBM continue to maintain 5% each since 2020.
