The Solution
Amdocs Studios partnered with T-Mobile for Business to design an integrated platform that unified all enterprise services in one place. The team conducted research with customers, mapped the ideal experience, and integrated more than fifty backend systems. The result gave clients real-time control to manage accounts, configure services, and submit requests directly, while also resolving long-standing data and billing issues.
Design, product, and delivery teams worked side by side to ensure alignment and adoption. The platform’s architecture was built to scale, ready for new capabilities such as network slicing, hybrid networking, and managed services.
The Impact
The platform is live with major enterprise customers including Boston Children’s Hospital and Alaska Airlines. For the first time, both customers and internal teams share a unified view across all services. Delivery is faster, operational issues are reduced, and the customer experience is stronger.
