An open letter to our customers and partners

Amdocs has been serving the industry for more than 35 years. We are well positioned to adapt to this environment. Amdocs’ management has put in place key measures to protect our employees and they are well equipped to protect your business. Our staff have been mobilized to work from home to reduce risk of infection while, at the same time, they can securely access the mission-critical systems needed to keep our customers in 85 countries running their operations. We are pressing ahead on all projects – doing so with remote tools and operations as needed. Across the board, we have already successfully shifted into this working regime without business interruption.

We are busy accumulating innovative ideas from our customers across the globe as to how to deal with key current challenges, and sharing these learnings with the broader service provider community. Furthermore, we have published openly to our employees and communities a set of useful tools for effectively working from home, maintaining wellbeing, tips for families and kids and much more.
