Thomas Smart has been actively involved with digital projects since 2002. His experience crosses many industries and types and sizes of organizations, giving him a wealth of experience and knowledge to draw upon as part of his consulting services. From 2020 he has worked as a senior consultant for Amdocs in Singapore, helping large, regulated enterprises establish or evolve a successful, scalable, and effective cloud strategy.

Thomas’s passion for strategy came from realizing large organizations are unable to productively use modern cloud without a scalable and secure cloud management strategy in place. His work in cloud adoption strategy not only establishes these foundations, but sets the organization on a path to deliver modern architecture in the cloud. Thomas published his insights on modern cloud architecture in detail in his book Serverless Beyond the Buzzword (2nd edition).
