At the recent Mobile World Congress 2024, leading Israeli journalist and media host Dror Globerman visited The Great Indoors podcast studio to discuss with Amdocs chief marketing officer Gil Rosen the societal changes that generative AI will bring.

One of the most important things to take into consideration, Gil Rosen noted, is not just that a company’s products will be infused with GenAI, but that every employee will have deep GenAI knowledge because, in the future, our careers will be totally different. Gil also referenced a recent Amdocs generative AI research project, which found that while 97 percent of service provider management boards had held discussions on GenAI, only 3 percent had actually implemented a GenAI project.
