It had several legacy systems across the operations framework – often residing as silos with limited interactions with adjacent systems. They were heavily customized and not running the latest software.
Sprint embarked on a co-development approach – with our engineering teams working hand-in-hand. We started the transformation with the deployment of DigitalONE Commerce and CatalogONE, followed by DigitalONE care, billing and charging functions.
