This episode takes us to India. Imagine a country so large and diverse that every 100 kilometers you encounter a different ecology/ecosystem, language, and food(!).
India is a unique nation, both geopolitically and demographically, and needs to cater to very diverse groups of people.
Daphne Gottschalk, consulting partner and former head of the innovation unit at Amdocs, talks with Anjan Biswas, India Innovation Lead, about what makes the Indian innovation scene special and how we can solve pressing problems even in remote areas. They explore the similarities and differences between large organizations (such as Amdocs) and large nations, and discuss how innovation can take place remotely, even when employees are not physically together.
