Modernizing the foundation for service delivery
To support growth in fixed and mobile services, Vivo needed to overcome the scalability and agility limitations of its legacy OSS. Working with Amdocs, the operator replaced three legacy applications with cloud-native service orchestration and activation solutions.
Deployed on-premises on Red Hat OpenShift, the new architecture brings together fixed-service fulfillment and inventory management alongside mobile activation. Microservices, CI/CD capabilities and TM Forum Open APIs provide a foundation for more flexible operations and faster delivery of enhancements.
