Name is Roy Clerks. I'm a senior manager of quality testing and release management in VodafoneZiggo. We are the result of a merger and we are still in the midst of the integration of our IT landscape. We are also in the process of an agile transformation. And both of these have really significant impacts on our test environments, the way that we do testing. And if we look then at what we really want to achieve, it is first of all a shift left so that we find issues at a much earlier stage in our software creation process. Secondly, that we support the agile teams and particularly autonomy for those agile teams in very good manner. And the third part is that we really accelerate the delivery of our software. Amdocs is offering three services for us. The first one is test environment management. So Amdocs maintains a significant part of our test environment landscape for us. The second service Amdocs is offering is test data management. We basically have a self-service portal which Amdocs maintains and also develops further for us. About seventy percent of the test data is created through that test data portal. The third one is service virtualisation. Amdocs has created for us a rich catalogue of virtualised services, roughly two hundred, which we are using to basically plug gaps in our end to end test environment landscape. These things helped our business in a number of ways. For example, in some projects with service virtualization, we have been able to find fifty percent of the defects much earlier. Secondly, test data management, where we have been able to reduce the throughput time from four days to one day over the course of three years in a significant part of the IT landscape. And this also really helps to accelerate projects and bring in value to our customers. The environment availability that we have at this point in time is around ninety five percent. ROI for service virtualisation has been really good for us. Basically all the investments which we have been doing, we already earned back. And I think we're now doing this for roughly two and a half years. Yeah. So that's also really solid. Amdocs for me, I consider it as an extension of my team, particularly around test environment management, test data management, service virtualisation. We're working together with Amdocs already for quite a number of years and we build up a good relationship. What I also really like is that Amdocs is always looking for improvements in these areas and also been helping us with really some solid improvements. And what I also really like is that when a step up is needed in a certain Amdocs is also there to help us with that.
