Executive Vice President, Chief Technology and Product Officer - Metronet
Craig Cowden is an accomplished technology and product executive with extensive experience in the telecommunications sector. Currently serving as the EVP and Chief Technology and Product Officer at Metronet since April 2024, Cowden leads various technical divisions, including network design and engineering. As a Board Member and Board Advisor at Federated Wireless since January 2017, Cowden supports the company's initiatives in shared spectrum utilization and Private Wireless. Prior roles include CEO at CCC Advisers LLC, where Cowden provided consulting for Private Equity and Technology in telecom, and senior positions at Charter Communications and Bright House Networks, where responsibilities encompassed network architecture, wireless technology, and enterprise solutions.
Chief Technology Officer - Hotwire Communications
Pragash Pillai is the Chief Technology Officer of Hotwire Communications. He is also a Board Member of Astound Broadband and VCTI. In addition, he serves as the Dean’s Advisory Board Member – Hofstra University School of Engineering.
Previously, Mr. Pillai served as Executive Vice President, Chief Technology and Information Officer. In this role, he oversaw technology and product development with a focus on expanding fiber broadband to communities across the country and delivering a best-in-class experience through the Company’s portfolio of connectivity and entertainment services.
