At the helm of the two largest units in SI Services, Amdocs Quality Engineering, and Amdocs Data Intelligence, Yoav emphasizes the crucial role of people and collaboration in his journey.
Reflecting on a past challenge involving a development platform adoption, he vividly recalls that success pivoted on actively involving people. "Engaging in comprehensive discussions with existing employees, understanding their needs, and encouraging their participation in the creation process proved effective," he adds.
Rooted in Yoav's steadfast belief that leadership revolves around people, engagement, and collaboration, this approach has consistently delivered remarkable outcomes by harnessing diverse talents within and outside the organization.

Generative AI propels us into a realm of capitalization and monetization, reshaping our approach to work by enhancing efficiency and accuracy. Simultaneously, it opens avenues for monetizing new business through innovative use cases and offerings to the market."

He adds further, "In simple terms, SI Services, especially its AQE unit, holds a unique position as the core of telecommunications, allowing us to establish telco taxonomy. This means being at the center of top-tier telcos globally, engaging in numerous certifications of business processes and customer journeys daily. With a profound understanding of pre- and post-production issues, we possess a superior advantage in contextualizing content. This advantage is fortified by substantial investments in AI platforms and analytics, creating a robust foundation for the future."
Talking about data, Yoav adds, "Our role extends to transforming and governing customer data as their trusted intelligence partner. Additionally, our collaboration with Amdocs Technology in data, leveraging AmAIz to find the right definition, has resulted in 14 use cases arsenal. This is just the beginning, and we have a long way to go."
