If yesterday was about introducing aOS to the world, today was about reinforcing that this isn’t a moment – it’s a movement.
And once again, aOS stole the show.
The buzz gets louder
By mid-morning, the Amdocs booth was already in full flow.
Crowds gathered around the now instantly recognizable animations lighting up our screens. Phones were out. Videos were being recorded. Selfies were taken. If day one sparked curiosity, day two turned that curiosity into deeper engagement.
Meeting rooms were packed with customers, analysts, reporters, and partners. Conversations flowed from strategy to architecture to execution. The energy wasn’t just excitement; it was intent.
aOS in action, again and again
The main aOS demo continues to draw a steady stream of visitors.
Executives are stepping into interactive, AI-driven deep dives that showcase what an agentic operating system truly means for telco. Not slides. Not vision decks. Real workflows across care, network, and Amdocs Studios.
Our collaboration with NVIDIA is also front and center, highlighting how AI-ready infrastructure powers Cognitive Core workflows securely and at scale.
The questions have evolved. They’re sharper. More specific. Focused on deployment models, integration paths, and timelines. That’s how I felt that the shift is real.
Partner zone spotlight: AWS
Day two in our partner zone focused on AWS, highlighting how joint innovation is accelerating cloud transformation and AI adoption for telcos.
Demos showcased how aOS and the Amdocs Cognitive Core integrate with Amazon Connect to power AI-driven, telco-specific contact center experiences. Attendees also explored our AI Factory approach for scaling AI use cases, alongside autonomous network demonstrations where AI-ready data and agentic workflows enable smarter operations.
The focus throughout was clear: moving CSPs from isolated pilots to enterprise-scale execution.
Removing barriers to network autonomy
Day two began bright and early with an Autonomous Networks Breakfast Briefing titled: “Removing barriers to network autonomy: Agentic AI powered by AI-ready data.”
Hosted by STL Partners – a telecoms consultancy and research firm – in collaboration with Amdocs and NVIDIA, the session brought together CSPs for a practical discussion on preparing network data for agentic AI and autonomous operations.
The focus was refreshingly pragmatic: real use cases, real data challenges, and real strategies to turn AI ambition into operational reality.
If there’s one takeaway from the morning, it’s this: autonomy doesn’t start with algorithms. It starts with data readiness.
Analysts go deep on aOS
Later in the day, analysts representing leading global firms joined an aOS roundtable session. Ilan Sade, Division President for GenAI & Data led the way for Amdocs and walked through the full scope and purpose of Amdocs’ agentic operating system for telco.
The discussion spanned architecture, Cognitive Core capabilities, implementation flexibility, and how aOS fits across the entire telecom stack.
This wasn’t a surface-level overview. It was a deep dive into how agentic systems are structured, governed, and scaled.
Executive GenAI roundtable: what’s working, and what isn’t
One of the standout moments of the day was an executive GenAI roundtable, where senior leaders from some of the world’s largest CSPs gathered for a candid discussion.
This wasn’t a marketing conversation. It was open, honest, and grounded in practical realities.
Gil Rosen, Amdocs’ Chief Marketing Officer, brought the discussion back to brand and persona. “When you interact with customers, you interact with your brand,” he said. “As AI agents become the new front line, companies must decide how they want to be represented – by a single consistent persona or by tailored experiences for every customer. They want to feel like they’re interacting with a person,” Gil noted. “That ‘person’ needs a persona.”
Ilan Sade, Division President, GenAI & Data, Amdocs, emphasized openness and focus. “Tell us exactly what you think. This is an open invitation,” he said. “You have the freedom to control the flow and decide what you want to build with aOS.” He was clear about ambition, but equally clear about domain: “We don’t want to be the best AI company in the world. We want to be the best AI company in our domain.”
Raman Abrol, President – European Strategic Accounts, MEA & India at Amdocs, reinforced that aOS represents “a much more agile approach” – one designed to help CSPs move faster, adapt quickly, and translate AI strategy into operational impact.
The tone throughout? Direct. Forward-looking. Grounded in real-world lessons about what’s working – and what still needs to evolve.
"The booth felt like a crossroads of global telecom; reunions, introductions, spontaneous discussions, and plenty of storytelling."
The Great Indoors keeps rolling
Meanwhile, The Great Indoors podcast studio continued to hum with activity.
More industry leaders stopped by to record conversations that went beyond product announcements; diving into leadership, transformation journeys, and the human side of AI adoption.
In between sessions, the booth felt like a crossroads of global telecom; reunions, introductions, spontaneous discussions, and plenty of storytelling.
Hall of Fame: a partner celebration
As the day wound down, we shifted gears.
The evening closed with a partner happy hour – a retro “Hall of Fame” edition celebrating the ecosystem that powers innovation across our industry.
AWS, Microsoft, Google Cloud, NVIDIA, Dell, Databricks, and Red Hat joined us for a disco-inspired celebration where game-changing technology met iconic music, sparkling cocktails, and a shared recognition of the partnerships that keep us ahead of the curve.
It was a creative, energetic way to close a day defined by collaboration.
Two days in, one thing is unmistakable:
aOS is not just a headline.
It’s a platform drawing real attention, real scrutiny, and real momentum.
And with one more day to go, the real question now is: what happens next?
