NICE API: Network insights for customer experience

NICE API changes the game with an API that unveils critical network performance insights to better support any customer experience. Our goal? Empower Communications Service Providers (CSPs) to transform network services into API-enabled products, effectively meeting the real-time, on-demand expectations of customers.
Our catalyst focuses on extracting and aggregating valuable network performance data to better support customer-specific applications. Collaborating within an ecosystem of partners and CSPs, Amdocs has participated in the development of an industry standard process API that seamlessly delivers these insights to application producers while ensuring compatibility across diverse networks through comprehensive documentation.
However, the NICE API catalyst is just one part of our mission. Collaborating with additional catalysts focusing on network service exposure in hyperscaler portals, Network-as-a-Service and exposure of APIs for optimized connectivity we are paving the way for improved customer experiences and unprecedented opportunities.
