SHINE: Simple hyperscaler integrated network experience
An industry standard for network services availability in hyperscaler portals.
As the digital society evolves, customer expectations are changing. Customers now demand digital experiences enabling them to order and manage tailored, on-demand services.
The telco industry is responding to customers’ requirements embracing openness, adopting TMF Open APIs, GSMA Open Gateway APIs, CAMARA and more enabling Communication Service Providers (CSPs) to now offer their network services on Hyperscaler marketplaces.
This integration not only provides customers with an integrated experience but also fosters innovation opening substantial monetization opportunities for CSPs and empowering Hyperscalers to incorporate network services into wider solution offerings including third-party applications.
Our catalyst’s main goal is to establish a standardized capability that enables CSPs to expose their network services and APIs as products on Hyperscaler portals. Our framework creates a comprehensive end-to-end solution that supports the entire lifecycle, including using Amdocs catalog and product ordering capabilities, as well as TMF Open API support. The outcome is the ability to seamlessly present network services on Hyperscaler marketplaces, facilitating easy purchase and consumption of products including them by developers and enterprises.
