As the business landscape undergoes a major shift, Communication Service Providers (CSPs) are required to expose telco capabilities through Open APIs.
This is transforming CSPs networks into programmable platforms, which facilitate the creation of new revenue streams combining network services and applications from third-parties to support new use cases.
Our catalyst demonstrates how CSP’s can redefine their possibilities, exposing network services into API-enabled products, paving the way for dynamic, scalable, self-healing connectivity. Collaborating within an ecosystem of partners and CSPs, Amdocs has participated in the development of an industry standard process API that enables application producers to tap into network performance data, enabling seamless service upgrades which are efficiently tracked in the Amdocs network inventory.
The true value of our innovation lies in the groundbreaking industry standard process API which enables third-party applications to trigger optimized connectivity using location data. By standardizing valuable network service APIs across the industry, we are opening new doors for CSPs, hyperscalers, and third-party application producers.
