"We tend to be afraid of generational differences… A lot of the time they tend to kind of not offer their services if they know they’re good at something in technology or if they can take on a project. They don’t want it to seem like they’re being condescending. I’ve noticed a lot of the young people push that away and in the same breath a lot of the older managers, it’s almost as if they’re afraid of that change. It’s easier to stay in the status quo. So, I think my biggest advice would be to embrace both. I think embracing both is the only way to move forward."
