How AI is used when processing your application?

When you upload your CV or connect your LinkedIn account with Amdocs career site, Amdocs may use artificial intelligence (AI) to compare the skills, titles and work experience which are detailed in your CV\LinkedIn with those determined in the job description and the criteria defined by the Hiring Manager and the Amdocs Talent Acquisition Team. This process is carried for the purposes of offering you appropriate job opportunities in Amdocs and help you optimizing your search for positions which suits you best. 

The AI only produces recommendations, helping you and us finding the best match and It does not make any decisions with respect to your application. Accordingly, it does not preclude you from applying to any of the open positions in Amdocs, and any decision with respect to you is made only by Amdocs’ HR person and hiring manager.

The AI does not consider elements such as age, gender, ethnicity and further steps were taken to ensure the integrity and non-bias application of the AI.
