Episode 7 explores why time off is essential for Amdocs employees. Taking a break is not a disadvantage for a person’s career. Paternal leave needs to be encouraged for new fathers and employees should take a break without worrying about the security of their roles.
Luliana shares her personal experience with taking a break and how she moved into a new role after returning from maternity leave. Taking time off should be viewed as a positive commitment to our families and a healthy work/life balance. Time management can be a challenge to employees coming back from parental leave which is why new parents need help and support.
