“We have to deal with different climates, we have to deal with a large geography, and we have to deal with a small population base. So the uniqueness that comes from that is that there are a lot of challenges in Canada for telecommunications. [These are] challenges that I like to say we've been able to overcome because we have some of the top performing networks in the world whether or not it's wireline or wireless.”
