“No one who goes at it alone is going to win. The ecosystem is too large. It continues to expand. I think that what is going to be challenging for any organization is to have the self-awareness to understand what is your core competency? What do you stick with? Where do you partner? That is the kind of the challenge that I have seen is many organizations feel. Oh, we absolutely can develop that. We have people who can do that. We've got to have a team that could do X, Y, and Z. That'll just save us some costs. We don't have to go external. And so it's the ancient question of build or buy? There are more partners, a larger ecosystem, so that question will be even more challenging. You won't be able to compete trying to do it all.”
